advance arrangements
Book
as early as possible to secure your event date. As a small firm,
our quotas fill quickly.
Menu
selections must be finalized at least 1 week (seven days) prior
to the date of the event to ensure scheduling and ordering of food.
Prices
are subject to change at any time, but are guaranteed on signed
contracts.
guarantee
A
guarantee of the number of people attending the function must be
confirmed 1 week (seven days) prior to the date of the event.
Once
a function is contracted, fees are based on the guaranteed number
of guests as discussed with the contact person.
If
the actual guest count increases from the original guaranteed count,
charges shall be assessed for the difference.
In
any event, charges shall be based on the guaranteed count or the
actual count, whichever is greater.
deposits,
billing & cancellations
A
non-refundable deposit shall be required to secure the date(s) and
time(s) for your special event. Up to one-half of the cost estimate
is due when the event is contracted. We cannot be held liable for
the cancellation of an event during a forced weather evacuation.
All
food and beverage pricing is subject to North Carolina or South
Carolina taxes and up to a 20% service charge.
Any
additional incidental costs shall be reconciled upon completion
of the event. Balance is due at completion.
